This page explains what personal data we collect through tabloto.app and how we protect it. It covers the contact form here — not the app itself, which has separate terms.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is Kerl Vision EOOD, Bansko, Bulgaria. For questions about this policy: hello@tabloto.app.
What data we collect
Only what you fill in yourself in the contact form: name, email, phone, the building's name and location, approximate number of objects, and your message. We don't use tracking cookies and don't collect data about your visit.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and discuss whether Tabloto suits your building. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We don't add you to marketing lists without explicit consent.
Who we share it with
The form is processed through Brevo (Sendinblue) — our processor, with servers in the European Union. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. Beyond Brevo, we don't share it with third parties unless the law requires it.
Where it's kept
The data is stored on servers in the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry while we're in touch, and up to two years after the last contact so we can pick the conversation back up. Then we delete it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at hello@tabloto.app. If you believe we're breaching your rights, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP / КЗЛД).
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and needs no consent banner. That's why you don't see a cookie pop-up.
