The subscription is at the listed price from day one — the discount is on the one-time onboarding, with no lock-in and no surprises later.
We know starting with new software is the hardest part — especially when not everyone on the committee is friends with technology. So we don't leave you to it: we set the building up for you — apartments, owners, meters, fees, funds — and hand it over ready for the first invoice.
You carry on doing what you do best for your building; the technical side is our job.
The fee is one-time, it covers real work on your building — and if within 30 days you decide it isn't for you, we give it back.
