Hello. I'm Kamran Huseynov. I founded Kerl Vision EOOD in 2021, when I moved to Bulgaria.

I couldn't see what I was paying the building fee for, or why, year after year.

I fell for Bansko on my first visit and made it home in 2023 — I bought an apartment and started living in a block like yours. That's exactly where I hit the problem: management companies that aren't transparent, or committee neighbours doing everything for free, as volunteers.

I built Tabloto so a building can run itself without paying a company — to lighten the committee's work and give every owner full sight of where the money goes.
